I'm not gonna go too much in to detail, as you can find detailed instructions for every step on google. It's a bit complicated and takes some time, but in the end I found a way to run Adobe Encore and other 32-bit Apps from Adobe on Catalina trough a virtual machine.

This applies to Adobe CC subscribers that were running CS6 Apps from their CC Subscription. Since I saw a few people having made the same mistake as me, updating to Catalina without checking if the old Adobe CS 6 Apps would still work, I thought I'd post my workaround here.
